Before you decide.

Where do I start?

Start with a free 15-minute discovery call. Share what you are hoping to get back to, ask practical questions and learn whether an in-person consultation is the right next step. The introductory call is not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.

Do you accept insurance?

Integrated Spine, Pain & Wellness is a private-pay practice and is out of network with all insurance companies. Ask the team about consultation fees, treatment costs and any documentation available before you schedule care. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

You do not have to choose a procedure before your visit. Dr. Goyle reviews your history, symptoms, goals and relevant imaging, then discusses appropriate options, their evidence, risks, alternatives and likely recovery. Some patients may be better served by another approach or a surgical evaluation.

Do you see patients who live outside Scottsdale?

Yes. The practice welcomes out-of-town patients. Start with a call to discuss the evaluation process, records and imaging, how many visits may be needed, and travel considerations before making plans.

Is concierge membership required?

The practice offers a separate VIP concierge program with enhanced access and coordination. Contact the team to discuss regular care and membership options, including current fees and exactly what is included.

Can results be guaranteed?

No. Response varies by person, condition and treatment. Patient stories describe individual experiences. A thoughtful consultation should include the uncertainties, potential risks and reasonable alternatives, so you can make an informed decision.
